SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS depending on the nature of the package size or weight. Please allow 5–10 business days for shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package.

RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after shipping. There are no refunds. All Sales are final and only exchangeable for store credit/exchange. Exchanges will be given after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
To process your exchange you must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive an RA number contact info@thehumancatalyst. Once an RA # is processed, the items must be shipped out within 2 weeks of the date the RA # was created.
Items must not be worn or used in order to be exchanged. If you do ship such items, Human Catalyst will not be responsible for processing and exchanging such items.
Shipping cost is not refundable for exchanges.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a H.Catalyst & Co., LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, H.Catalyst & Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. H.Catalyst & Co., LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, H.Catalyst & Co., LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
